Dilas
QCW high-power vertical diode laser stack with a wavelength of 1940 nm

Dilas announces the expansion of its QCW high-power vertical diode laser stacked arrays. These devices are now available at 1940nm with power ranges up to 12W QCW per bar and optional fastaxis collimation.

These compact, completely AuSn soldered vertical stacks are designed specifically for operation in high temperature environment for applications such as diode pump solidstate laser and defense requiring quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) lasers in the kilowatt power range, in a compact, easy to integrate package.

The conduction-cooled vertical stacks are available up to 8-bar configurations. Under the toughest environments, our advanced packaging and high precision optics mounting give you full control allowing fast-axis stack divergence as low as ±3mrad (FWHM).

Custom solutions are available upon request. In addition, the standard models DILAS provides can be customized to fit specific requirements for interfaces, beam propagation, mechanical dimensions, etc.
