New press service for audio and video material

A large number of companies have recently started using audio and moving image PR. Company and production information is no longer just communicated in writing, but also by means of podcasts and video clips.

We have extended our press services to make sure that exhibitors at LASER World of PHOTONICS can also use these channels for their trade fair communication activities. As from now, we can publish your footage material, video clips and podcasts on the press pages and in some places on the visitor pages of the trade fair website: www.world-of-photonics.net.

By referring to your footage material (moving images) on the press pages, you can enable television stations to positively enhance TV reports through your video material.

We will also include your finished films, company portraits and product/technology presentations on the press pages. They will also be available on the visitor pages of the trade fair website as information for potential customers.

The podcasts on the visitor and press pages are another new feature. By using these audio contributions, you can quickly make inexpensive statements on current topics within your company.

Of course, we are again offering our usual press services such as the press info package. The two press compartments in the West Press Center and an online press compartment on the LASER World of PHOTONICS website will enable press journalists to access your press releases before, during and after the trade fair. Or use our press release distribution service. Whether trade journals, daily newspapers and radio or television stations, we will send your press releases to all journalists who have been accredited before the trade fair and have agreed to accept information from exhibitors.

Several hundred journalists from all over the world will report on LASER World of PHOTONICS 2009. This is a unique opportunity for you to use our press services to draw the attention of media representatives to your company and your products.

Start your press activities before the trade fair opens. You can find further information here on the press services.
