To help make your exhibit a success, we have developed an extensive range of invitation and contact-management tools that you can use to keep all related activities under control, many with added advantages. 
 
It works like this: you use a Guest-Ticket or eGuest-Ticket – i.e. an admission voucher that is free of charge to the visitor – to invite your business partners and potential customers to your exhibition stand.
In the case of Guest-Tickets, you simply order the desired number of tickets, which we will send to you by mail and then you can send the tickets to your customers. The recipients, i.e. your guests, can redeem their tickets online before the fair begins, which saves them time, or they can register at the terminals and receive their admission tickets when they arrive at the fair. Included in the ticket is the official catalogue and the ticket is valid for free public transportortation to events at the trade fair grounds.
 
We definitely recommend that you use this service: experience has shown that recipients who use Guest-Tickets almost always visit the stand of the company that invited them to the fair.
 
eGuest-Tickets – eGuest-Tickets are sent to you by e-mail in the form of number codes, which you can import into your invitation e-mailings using a form-letter program. Recipients can use them to register in advance at www.world-of-photonics.net/ticket or by clicking on the Guest-Ticket Banner at your website. Once they have registered, your guests will receive a Guest-Ticket voucher by e-mail that they can redeem for a free admission ticket when they arrive at the fair without long waiting periods. eGuest-Tickets save you printing costs and postage.
 
Guest-ticket banners – Posting a Guest-Ticket Banner on your homepage informs customers that have received a guest ticket or eGuest-Ticket that they can register to attend the fair free of charge via your homepage. That way you know in advance who is planning to visit you at your stand. If you have Guest-Ticket recipients who do not register, your sales team still has time to contact them before the fair begins. Guest-Ticket Banners can be downloaded from the Exhibitor Center free of charge.
 
Finally, there is one more piece of good news regarding Guest-Tickets and eGuest-Tickets for this year's fair: we have built in a price ceiling! You can order as many Guest-Tickets as you want, but you only pay for tickets that are actually redeemed – and even that number is limited to a total of two Guest-Tickets per square meter of rented stand space. Co-exhibitors who do not belong to the same group of companies as the main exhibitor pay for no more than 20 redeemed guest tickets. As a result, there is no risk of unexpected costs for you.
