Power Technology will now be offering a 405nm Instrument Quality (IQ)
laser module with power output up to 120mW. This represents a
significant increase in power available in Power Technology,
Inc.’s IQ laser modules.
This new IQ laser module can serve as an easy upgrade, a
“drop-in�? replacement, for Power Technology, Inc.’s
current 60mW IQ laser module enabling a relatively seamless transition
between the two lasers.
A wide range of applications such as fluorescence, flow cytometry,
high-resolution printing, and biodetection can benefit from the laser
module’s high power and specific wavelength.
“This laser module significantly increases the power output that
we are offering in our laser modules,�? says Walter Burgess, VP of
Sales and Engineering. “This product came about originally
as a custom module, however demand for the product has risen and the
laser module will now be more readily available for our
customers.�?
