Frankfurt Laser Company presents a line of laser diodes in 730-750nm wavelength range. FP single spatial mode laser diodes are available from 5mW to 30mW optical power range. They are supplied in free-space TO-type (TO-56, SOT-148, TO-3) and fiber-coupled (butterfly, DIL-14) packages.
Laser diodes demonstrate narrow line-width <0.04nm and excellent wavelength and power output stability unusual for FP laser diodes.
