International trade fair LASER World of PHOTONICS achieves best results ever

When LASER World of PHOTONICS closed its gates on June 21, 2007, it achieved the best results since the exhibition was first held in 1973. With 1,008 exhibitors (2005: 948; + 6.3%), more than 25,000 visitors (2005: 23,310; + 10%), and all of the world's leading manufacturers on hand, the four-day exhibition was both a global center and a showcase for the optical technologies sector.
 
The next LASER World of PHOTONICS will be held at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre from June 15 – 18, 2009. It will focus on the latest products, applications and trends in photonics and pave the way for the transfer of new technologies in industrial applications.
